Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the NexaGrow Digital Solutions website or engaging our services. By accessing our website or entering into a service agreement with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
NexaGrow Digital Solutions provides digital marketing services including but not limited to SEO, PPC advertising, social media marketing, web design, and content marketing. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in individual service agreements.
You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into contracts on behalf of yourself or your organization to use our services.
Payment terms are outlined in your service agreement. Invoices are due within 15 days of issuance unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may result in service suspension. We accept all major credit cards, ACH transfers, and wire transfers.
Upon full payment, clients own all deliverables created specifically for them (website designs, content, creatives). NexaGrow retains ownership of all proprietary tools, methodologies, and frameworks used in delivering services.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the service agreement.
NexaGrow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services. Our maximum liability is limited to the total fees paid in the three months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate a service agreement with 30 days written notice. Fees for services rendered prior to termination remain due and payable.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco, CA.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
